Functional nutrition services, gut first
Functional nutrition coaching across Texas, in person in Sugar Land, Pearland and Clear Lake, or virtual. Every plan starts with digestion, then brings in lifestyle, food and supplements.
Book a free discovery callThe routine around your meals
How you sleep, handle stress and move through the day all show up in how you digest. We look at the whole week, not only the plate.
A routine you can keep on a busy week.
What it covers
- Sleep and evening wind-down
- Stress and the pace of meals
- Movement that fits your schedule
- Daily rhythm: when you eat, not only what
Food that works for your gut
Whole-food eating patterns and meal structure, built around what you can comfortably digest today. Practical swaps, not a list of foods you can never have again.
A clear eating framework that fits your life.
What it covers
- Your current eating pattern, without judgment
- Meal structure and timing
- Practical swaps for the foods you already buy
- Building variety back in, step by step
Fewer bottles, clearer reasons
Bring everything you take. We go through what each supplement is for, what the evidence says, and what can be simplified or dropped.
A focused, purposeful supplement plan.
What it covers
- A review of your current supplements
- Evidence-informed recommendations, only where they make sense
- A plan to check whether each one is helping
- Optional ordering through LifToday's Fullscript dispensary
More information, when it helps
When a closer look would help guide your plan, functional lab tests (such as stool panels or breath tests) are available through Evexia Diagnostics. Results are used as educational insights for lifestyle and nutrition choices, not as a diagnosis.
Optional, and billed separately.
What it covers
- Recommended only when it would change the plan
- Ordered through a third-party lab partner
- Results reviewed with you in plain English
- Anything concerning is referred to your physician
Virtual functional nutrition consultations
Every service works the same way over video. Many clients find a virtual session easier to fit around a work day, and there is no drive across Houston traffic.
In-person sessions serve the southwest and south Houston area: Sugar Land, Pearland and Clear Lake.
When to see your doctor instead
LifToday provides education and consulting, not medical care. If you need a diagnosis, emergency care or medical treatment, your physician is the right first call, and you will be referred back to them if anything you share points that way. Severe or sudden symptoms, chest pain, or signs of an eating disorder are all reasons to get medical help first.
