Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10-31-2026
Draft. This policy is pending review by a Texas attorney before launch.
The short version: this website asks for your contact details so we can book a call, and nothing about your health.
Who we are
LifToday is a natural functional medicine consulting practice serving the Houston area in person and clients virtually. This policy covers this website and the forms on it.
Information we collect
When you request a discovery call or sign up for emails, we collect only what we need to reach you: your name, email address, phone number, whether you would like to meet in person or virtually, and the days and times that suit you.
What this website does not collect
This website never asks for health information: no symptoms, conditions, medications, lab results or health history. Please don't include any in a form or message. If you become a client, health details are collected separately through a secure client system, not through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange your discovery call, and send emails you asked for. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Log data
Like most websites, our servers record information your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We keep contact details only as long as we need them for the reasons above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the GDPR or the CCPA. To make a request, contact us through the request form on our Book a Call page.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update here and change the "Last updated" date above.
